Kids who need Sponsors
We recently admitted 75 new children. The younger ones (Nursery to Grade 10) started classes on April 14th. If you would like to change a child’s future, please refer to the Make a Donation page for sponsorship details and Contact Us in Nepal to get matched up with a child.
Meet a few of the kids here…
High-altitude children often have yak butter rubbed into their hair and their faces to help keep the children warm. The butter also helps to protect their cheeks from the wind and the cold.

Grade 11 & 12 Students in Need of Sponsors
We Are Thrilled to Offer Grades 11 & 12
This year, seventeen new Grade 11 day scholars joined us, with classes commencing on August 1st. While they do not have their uniforms yet, measurements have been completed. All of them are in need of sponsorship at $430 USD for this year. Your generosity will cover the cost of a hot breakfast, tuition, textbooks, school supplies, uniforms, school shoes, and registration fees for government exams.
Good news! Our Science stream students were finally able to start classes on August 19th, following the municipality’s approval of our Chemistry and Physics labs.
If you would like to support any of our new Grade 11 students, please contact us here in Nepal at himalayanchildren@gmail.com.
